Welcome to my blog. Every so often, I write letters to the editor. Except the editor is usually a company, and the letters are mostly complaints about something they've done to mildly inconvenience me.

I like to think of these as constructive criticism, though the recipients may disagree. Regardless, I try to live by a simple philosophy: if you're going to be a jerk, at least be funny.

I'll let you be the judge of whether I've succeeded.
